Printing Surveys and Quizzes

Even with modern technology surrounding us everywhere we go, sometimes, you just need old fashioned paper and pen to get the job done. In today’s post, we’ll see how easy it is to print a survey.

If you haven’t already, you’ll want to create your survey. Or, if you’re working with a quiz, you’ll want to create your quiz. The steps to print surveys and quizzes is identical, and we’ll use a survey as an example.

When you need to print a copy, or multiple copies of your survey, hover over the title of your survey in your dashboard to reveal the contextual Actions menu:

On the Actions menu, you’ll see an option to print a copy of your survey in PDF format. Easy as pie!

Or, collect information with our iPad app

Did you know that you can do away with pen and paper forever by using our free iPad app? The iPad app allows you to collect information in the field, even if you don’t have an internet connection. Check out our recent blog post on using the iPad app to learn more. If you’re heading to a trade show, or want to collect information from patrons, you might be interested in how to use our iPad app in kiosk mode.

  1. Pagination should be suitable for paper completion. There are no formatting options.
  2. Printing is great for those people who still want to put the survey in the post. Do we have a way of formatting the printed version so that pagination etc. works well and the result looks like a professional document?
